SAN RAMON, CA. (August 30, 2010) — Effective today, Armanino McKenna LLP has acquired 1 Source Solutions, LLC DBA Fullscope West (Fullscope West), and thus becomes the West Coast’s leading value added reseller (VAR) of Microsoft Dynamics®, including GP, CRM, and AX. One of the largest CPA and consulting firms headquartered in California, Armanino McKenna (www.amllp.com) welcomes the entire 1Source staff and names former 1Source executives Bruce Kirschenbaum and Chris Moore as new partners within the Consulting department of Armanino McKenna. With over 100 consultants, Armanino McKenna is now positioned as one of the Top 10 Bay Area management consulting firms.

Previously, Moore was Managing Director and Kirschenbaum served as Director of Consulting for 1Source. 1Source implemented and provided ERP consulting services to Fortune 2000 companies throughout the Western United States.

The transaction includes acquisition of 1Source’s software modules that work in conjunction with MS Dynamics AX including manufacturing, distribution, revenue recognition and supply chain management. 1Source clients include leading companies in technology, manufacturing, medical devices and pharmaceuticals, such as ISSI Semiconductors, Xbox, ShoreTel and Network Equipment Technologies.

“I believe Armanino has been a ‘Best Places to Work’ company for the past six years for a reason. Its team is extremely entrepreneurial, dynamic and passionate about servicing clients. Along with our entire organization, I am so pleased to be joining such a great firm,” said Moore. “Our deep ERP, technology and manufacturing experience is a great complement to Armanino’s Consulting services. Combining our efforts will also allow us to provide an even higher level and breadth of services to our clients. I look forward to being a partner here and helping to build the dominant Microsoft Dynamics consulting firm on the West Coast.”

Armanino McKenna’s current capabilities now teamed with 1Source bring the deepest resources to $50 million-$2 billion organizations of any West Coast Microsoft Partner. “Microsoft’s ERP technology is gaining significant market-share as more and more businesses migrate to a Microsoft platform for its ease of implementation and cost-effectiveness,” said Tom Mescall, Partner-In-Charge of Armanino Consulting. “By combining our organizational skill sets with 1Source, our firm is positioned to substantially increase market share this year.”
